Quick Booking Terms

By booking with Summer Fresh Cleaning, you agree to the following:

• Cleaners may arrive within a 30-minute window of your booked time
• Payment is due the day prior to your scheduled clean
• We are closed on public holidays — bookings will resume at your next scheduled service unless arranged in advance
• Please give 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes
• Late cancellations or no access may incur a cancellation fee
• Extra services must be requested in advance and may incur additional charges
• If your home requires extra time due to condition, pricing may be adjusted
• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of your clean
• Pets and hazards must be managed for cleaner safety
• We reserve the right to refuse service due to unsafe conditions, non-payment, or repeated cancellations
